Frequently asked Questions
about FUELbuster Engine Performance System
1) Will FUELbuster effect the warranty on my car?
No it will not effect any warranty on your vehicle
because it is an aftermarket part that requires no
cutting, replacing, dismantling of the fuel, air or
coolant lines. It clamps on the outside of all the
necessary lines.
2) Is there anything I need to do prior installing
FUELbuster?
You want to make sure that all the required maintenance
is up-to-date on your vehicle. In other words, if your
vehicle needs a tune-up/ oil change then this should be
done prior to installing the system. Also make sure you
have a clean air filter. If all this is ok then you
don’t need to do anything.
3) How long does it take to see a difference in my
mileage?
The system requires a stabilization period of about 1000
miles. You will notice an increase in performance almost
immediately. Your fuel economy will fluctuate until your
stabilization period is finished and then you will start
to level off at your new improved fuel economy. Your
driving habits and the maintenance of your vehicle also
effect your stabilization period.
4) Do I really need the air and coolant chargers for
this system to work?
Yes, after complete before and after testing of this
system we have found that the air charger with the
specially designed type and strength of magnet we use is
necessary for the complete system to work properly. The
same applies for the coolant charger.
5) Will FUELbuster effect my vehicles computer ?
No, your computer is located inside your vehicle and
magnets will have no effect on this type of computer
anyway. So long as you install the components properly
there is plenty of distance between the magnets and
sensors you will have no problems.
6) Can I use regular gasoline instead of hi-octane
fuel with FUELbuster?
Yes in most cases. However I would wait until the
stabilization period is over and then slowly change from
hi grade to mid to low. As long as you don’t experience
any knocking or pinging then regular fuel will not harm
your vehicle. Just remember that not all engines are
alike and some respond differently then others.
7) Will FUELbuster help me pass my inspection test
with failed emissions?
Yes in most cases. If you failed your smog test,
install your FUELbuster system and begin the
stabilization period. This will drop your emissions
drastically! Most people experience over 50% reduction
in their vehicles, but sometimes while stabilizing your
vehicle your emissions can go up because there is still
carbon/varnish build up which needs to be burned off
before your emissions goes stabilizes. It’s best to wait
for stabilization to finish.
8) What if I can’t
install the fuel charger within 12 inches of combustion?
We like to install as close to combustion as
possible to retain the strongest charge possible.
Sometimes the way certain vehicles are designed they
make it difficult to find and install the fuel charger.
If you have some uncertainty about the installation then
please have your mechanic install it for you. As long as
you install after the fuel filter and pump then you will
achieve good results
9) Can I install this on any vehicle?
Yes. It will work on all cars, light trucks and much
more. It works on all foreign or domestic, gas or
diesel. For bigger vehicles please contact us for the
appropriate system. You can install this yourself as
long as you have a basic knowledge of your engine. If
not, then have your mechanic install it for you..
10) How long will it last?
Take it from vehicle to vehicle and keep seeing the
same results over and over again forever. FUELbuster has
a lifetime warranty on the magnets never losing their
power or we will replace free of charge.
