We at EFT offer to you the customer a 90-day money-back performance guarantee from
date of original purchase. If upon installing FUEL buster, and completing the
required stabilization period, you get no results you are eligible for a refund
of your original purchase price, from the original place of purchase. You will
be required to return the kit with all original components, minus the two tie
wraps, in the original packaging, along with the original sales receipts.
Warranty:
Environmentally Friendly Technologies (EFT) warrants this
product (Fuel Buster) to be free of original defects in material or workmanship
as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it is installed.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse neglect,
improper installation, fire, vandalism, or any form of abuse. EFT will repair
or replace, at our discretion, any product covered by this warranty that becomes
defective. The cost of a labor, installation, incidental damages, shipping and
handling will not be reimbursed.
If,
at EFT’s discretion, EFT chooses to replace a defective part the customer (end
consumer) may be responsible for any occurring freight cost, or a handling fee
up to $25.00 EFT shall have no liability for any incidental or consequential
damages of any kind or nature including property damage, or personal injury
resulting from the use or misuse of this product.
EFT
reserves the right to change product design and material without prior notice to
